Will Berglund is a Client Executive at Prime Policy Group working across multiple policy practices. In this role, he monitors and analyzes legislation and federal regulations, coordinates and schedules client fly-ins, covers and provides detailed monitoring of congressional and agency hearings, and writes policy memoranda relevant to client interests.

Before joining Prime, Will worked as a Junior Associate with Mercury Public Affairs in Washington, providing similar political analysis across energy, health, and automotive industries. He also worked as a Legislative Aide in the Office of Wisconsin State Representative Tip McGuire, researching health and economic revitalization policy programs during the pandemic.

Will was born in Prague, Czech Republic and grew up in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He completed Bachelor of Arts study in Political Science and Music at Carthage College in 2020, and graduated from the University of Virginia with a master’s degree in public policy in 2023.

Outside of work, Will finds time to play guitar and sing in local choral ensembles. He is also a member of the Society for International Development and resides in Washington, DC.
